Service-Based Payments
Most Five Outbound services are delivered as consulting, staffing, training, outreach, or project-based work and are billed based on approved scope.
Consultation Fees
Any paid consultation fee is generally non-refundable once the consultation is scheduled or completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project Work
