Payments are completed through official invoices, payment links, or written payment instructions only.
Billing models are confirmed in proposals, invoices, service agreements, or statements of work before work begins.
Five Outbound LLC provides business-to-business services including IT consulting, staffing support, lead generation, online training, call center support, sales consulting, and technology-enabled business operations support.
Clients may pay through approved payment methods, including bank transfer, card payment processors, PayPal, Payoneer, Stripe, Skrill, or other secure payment platforms made available by Five Outbound LLC.
All payments are made through official invoices, payment links, or written payment instructions issued by Five Outbound LLC. Clients are responsible for completing payments directly through the approved payment method.
Five Outbound LLC does not collect, request, or store full card details directly from clients.

The exact fees, scope, deliverables, and payment schedule are confirmed in the proposal, invoice, service agreement, or statement of work before work begins.
Work may begin after payment is received, a written agreement is signed, or both parties confirm the approved scope in writing.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in delayed service delivery, paused work, or suspension of ongoing support until the outstanding balance is resolved.
