Five Outbound LLC provides professional business services, including IT consulting, staffing support, lead generation, online training, call center support, sales consulting, business consulting, information engineering, and technology-enabled business operations support.
Refund eligibility depends on project stage, agreed milestones, and work already completed or delivered.

Fees for completed work, delivered services, consultation time, research, staffing work, training sessions, setup work, or approved milestones may be non-refundable.
Five Outbound LLC does not guarantee refunds for services already delivered or work already started unless required by the written agreement or applicable law.
If a refund is approved, it may be issued back to the original payment method or another agreed method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.
Clients may request cancellation by contacting Five Outbound LLC in writing. Cancellation requests should be sent to info@fiveoutbound.com.
Ongoing monthly, retainer, or recurring services may require written notice before cancellation. Work may continue or charges may apply for services already started, completed, or scheduled before cancellation notice is received.
Cancellation terms may also be defined in the proposal, invoice, service agreement, or statement of work.
