Five Outbound LLC provides business-to-business and professional services. We do not normally ship physical goods. Our services are delivered electronically, remotely, online, by phone, through business communication platforms, or according to the approved proposal, invoice, service agreement, or statement of work.

The expected delivery timeline depends on the selected service, project scope, client requirements, payment status, and written agreement. Timelines may be confirmed in the proposal, invoice, service agreement, statement of work, or written communication before work begins.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access, approvals, feedback, and required materials on time. Delays in receiving required information may affect delivery timelines.
Five Outbound LLC does not usually provide physical product shipping. If any physical material is ever required, shipping terms, costs, timelines, and carrier details will be confirmed separately in writing.
